Primary Principal
I am Justin Bisiker and I will be the new Early Years and Primary Principal for the 2025–2026 school year. I bring a wealth of experience, having served as a Primary Principal for 10 years at another international school in the region.
Throughout my career, I have been a key contributor to building and improving primary curricula. I have significant experience with the WASC accreditation process, including participation in school self-studies, reporting on school-wide action plans, and serving on WASC visiting committees.
I am originally from a small town in Australia and hold a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Leadership in Education. Over 20 years of teaching and leadership have taken me through diverse educational settings in Australia, England, and Cambodia, where I have lived for the past 12 years.
I am deeply committed to fostering a strong sense of community and nurturing students academically, socially, and emotionally. My leadership philosophy is guided by our school’s mission and vision, with the goal of creating an inclusive, compassionate, and collaborative learning environment. I believe every child should feel safe, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.
