School Operations Manager
| My name is Sarun, and I currently serve as the School Coordinator and Operations Manager at East-West International School (EWIS). I have been with EWIS since its inception in 2006, starting my journey as a Preschool Teacher Assistant. As the school grew, I was promoted to the position of Khmer language teacher. EWIS has always prioritized professional development, offering valuable training courses for staff members, which I greatly appreciate. Teaching has always been my passion, and I find joy in working with children from diverse backgrounds. In 2006, I took on the role of School Coordinator, and I am proud to be celebrating my 19th year at East-West International. What I greatly appreciate most about EWIS is the freedom it provides. I have the flexibility to teach in my own style while aligning with the school’s goals, vision, and mission. This approach also informs my work as a School Coordinator and Operations Manager. I thrive on challenges and love to learn new things. I hope to see EWIS develop into a unique community where we create our own culture, free from racism, where we respect and care for one another. |
