Mr. Chhy Sothy has extensive experience in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, and HR policy development over 10 years with various organizations in the private sector. He is currently the Human Resources Director at NTC Group. He has implemented HR functions, HR policies and HR strategies for the best practices. He is also a trainer and lecturer of HRM areas at the University.

He earned his MBA in Entrepreneurship and Project Management from RULE/French Cooperation (University of Lyon 2 and Lille 1, France) and holds a bachelor of education (B.Ed) in the field of Teaching English as Foreign Language (TEFL) from Royal University of Phnom Penh RUPP/ IFL. He has also taken many short courses overseas and in Cambodia.
